Your requests |
Requests analysis is one of the first step of your project. The task is complex because of many actors involved: the project owner, users, final or intermediate ... We will help you in order to find implicit and explicit requests of stakeholders: To analyze the real requests, intentions, goals and preferences of the client, determine product features, build on what exists, determine priorities, and prepare preliminary specification. |

The study and designThe master model |
The master model is the reference shape that will enable the manufacture of the mold. From 3D file(s), we can provide you a master model which suits your request at the best price (polyurethane foam, high density polystyrene, etc.). Our master models, performed with digital controls, are delivered with a geometric control certificate. |
The mold |
The choice will be oriented on materials with simplicity in implementation and maximum reliability in the control and maintenance. Mobile or fixe, all our molds have a frame in order to keep the geometry mold. Thus, we are able to provide a study with calculations of static structure. |

TechnologyWe lay-up |
A method of depositing manually reinforcements (glass fiber, soul, etc..) on the mold and impregnate them with resin. This technology, inexpensive, is used for parts of shapes and required mechanical voters. |
Spray-up |
Process which consist in projecting simultaneously, fiberglass and resin on the mold surface. The principle of spray-up is the same as wet lay-up with higher productivity. |
Infusion |
This method is simply the vacuum injection of resin into a laminate. The dry reinforcement layers are applied in a mold. The vacuum can compact the laminate. The resin is then introduced and migrates through the laminate until the room is completely soaked. This process, reliability and consistency, allows the realization of large complex piece at a good value. |
RTM |
Process performed between two molds. The dry reinforcement (mat, BB, etc) is put inside the mold. The resin is injected thanks to the vacuum system through the reinforcement. This technology is interesting because it allows the production of parts with two smooth surfaces, possibly with gel-coat. |

Constraints and requests, through structural analysis, define the composition of composite parts. The mold will depend of the technology and materials used to manufacture parts.
